site inspections: requirements and fees

• a review worksheet and compliance letter will be forwarded via fax and mail once the site inspection is complete.
• the building or facility owner shall request an inspection no later than thrity (30) calender days after the completion of construction, renovation, modification, or alteration of the subject building or facility. (reference TAS: Administrative Rules - 68.52 Inspections)

Please submit the following:

1. Make one check payable to: central texas accessibility. Inspection Fee based upon project cost (refer to fee schedule below)
2. Make one check payable to: TDLR ($100.00 TDLR filing fee)
3. Name, Address & Phone Number of the Site Contact
   [Individual who should be contacted to schedule the inspection]
4. Name, Address & Phone Number of the Inspection Contact
   [Individual who should receive the Inspection Worksheet and who would be responsible for coordinating any changes that may be necessary]
   
5. Copies of any applicable TDLR Variance Determinations

Other travel expenses such as air fare, rental car, hotels, meals, etc., are billed at reimbursable costs.
