this service IS NOT REQUIRED by TDLR/Architectural Barriers. It is offered to help you find non-compliant items before the design/construction documents are completed.
a review worksheet will be forwarded via fax and mail once the preliminary plan review is complete, unless a verbal discussion is requested.

similar to a Final Plan Review except that the intent of the Preliminary Plan Review is to serve as a tool during the design process. It helps catch problems that might appear after your design is complete, and therefore more difficult to resolve. The Preliminary Plan Review consists of a design review of your construction documents (full or partial - based on what you submit). Response is either a written report or verbal discussion of findings, depending on which is of most use to you.
