Consulting on all aspects of Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS) requirements and current Architectural Barriers Interpretations. Assistance in the determining potential compliance options, submitals of Variances, and the Variance Submital Procedures/recomendations.
assessments: (not required)
Evaluate existing site/facility to determine whether it is compliant. A helpful tool for renovations, assessments help the designer determine if additional work is or is not needed in existing facilities. An assessment prior to starting the design or construction document process may eliminate extra work. An assessment is not required by the state.
