Preliminary Plan Reviews not required: Assist in determining non-compliant items before the design process is finalized
Plan Review Required: Review of Construction Documents as required by Article 9102, Texas Civil Statutes. Construction Documents must be sent no later than the fifth business day after the date the plans are issued for construction.
Site Inspection Required: The building or facility owner shall request an inspection no later than thrity (30) calender days after the completion of construction, renovation, modification, or alteration of the subject building or facility. (reference TAS: Administrative Rules - 68.52 Inspections)
